CHARITY RAFFLE – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
50 Years of Cetnaj Gala Dinner
1. Raffle organiser
The raffle is conducted as part of the 50 Years of Cetnaj Gala Dinner Conducted by METAL MANUFACTURES PTY LIMITED ABN: 13 003 762 641 for the benefit of the National Heart Foundation of Australia.
Fundraising Permit Number: 2026-193460
All net proceeds from the raffle will be donated to the National Heart Foundation of Australia.
2. Event details
The raffle will be conducted on:

Venue: Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre – Hall 4

3. Ticket sales
Raffle tickets cost $20 each.
A maximum of 2,000 consecutively numbered tickets will be available. Tickets must be paid for in full before being entered into the draw.
Ticket sales will close immediately before the raffle draw on 10 October 2026. Tickets cannot be purchased after sales have closed.
The purchaser is responsible for keeping their ticket as proof of entry and must be able to produce the winning ticket to claim a prize.
4. Eligibility
Members of the management committee of the eligible association conducting the raffle, people directly involved in conducting the draw, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
“Immediate family” includes a person’s spouse and family members residing at the same address.
5. Prizes
The prizes will be drawn in descending order of retail value:
Open Travel Voucher – valued at $5,000
Square-Cut Diamond Stud Earrings – valued at $3,800
Fatboy E-Bike DNA V3, EN15194 Certified – valued at $2,990
Shangri-La Sydney Weekend Voucher – valued at $1,400
PS5 PlayStation Console Pack – valued at $1,300
Tosca Suitcase Set – valued at $730
Total prize pool: $15,220
Prize values are based on the recommended retail value supplied at the time of publication. Any additional costs associated with accepting or using a prize are the responsibility of the winner.
Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash unless expressly stated by the prize supplier. Supplier terms, booking conditions, availability periods and expiry dates may apply.
6. The draw
The raffle will be drawn during the 50 Years of Cetnaj Gala Dinner on 10 October 2026.
Six winning tickets will be drawn at random, one at a time, from a bucket containing all eligible sold tickets. Each ticket will have a fair and equal chance of being drawn. Once drawn, a ticket will be removed from the bucket and cannot win another prize.
There will be six cases, each containing details of one of the advertised prizes. After the six winning ticket numbers have been called, the winners will choose a case in the order their tickets were drawn. The first winner will choose from all six cases; each subsequent winner will choose from those remaining. The sixth winner will receive the final case.
Once all six cases have been allocated, they will be opened one at a time to reveal each winner’s prize. The order in which tickets are drawn does not determine the value of the prize won.
7. Winner notification
Winning ticket numbers will be announced at the event.
Winners must present their corresponding ticket to the raffle organisers to verify and claim their prize. The organisers may request suitable identification before releasing a prize.
If a winner is not present, reasonable efforts will be made to identify and locate the winner using the raffle sales records. Winning numbers will also be made available from the event organiser upon request.
The Winner must be present to collect the prize, If they missed 3rd and final call the ticket will be redrawn.
8. Prize collection
Prizes will be provided to the verified winners Service Centre within one month of the draw, unless the winner agrees in writing to a later delivery date or the organiser is unable to locate the winner after making reasonable efforts.
Winner agrees to have a photo taken when the prize is handed over and for this to be published on any Cetnaj social media site.
Any unclaimed prize will be retained for the period required under Queensland law.
9. Prize substitution
A prize may only be substituted where the winner and raffle organiser agree in writing. Any substituted prize must be similar to, and have an equal or greater value than, the original prize.
10. Changes or cancellation
If circumstances outside the organiser’s reasonable control prevent the raffle from proceeding as planned, the organiser may postpone, modify or cancel the raffle in accordance with applicable Queensland law.
Any material change will be communicated to ticket holders where reasonably possible.
11. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the raffle will only be used to administer the raffle, identify and contact winners, deliver prizes and meet legal or record-keeping obligations.
12. Acceptance of terms
By purchasing a raffle ticket, the purchaser confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
The raffle will be conducted in accordance with the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Act 1999 (Qld) and other applicable Queensland laws.
