Our History

Our parent company, Metal Manufactures Limited, was established in 1916 and has become a large and diverse Australian company, of which MM Electrical Merchandising (MMEM) is a vital and active part. Current operations of Metal Manufactures include MMEM, MM Kembla Products and Vinidex Pty Limited, employing over 3,000 staff throughout Australia.

MMEM has experienced strong growth over many years and now employs over 1,100 people. Our national branch network consists of over 200 Service Centres which are conveniently located near our key markets.
